All Verity products and accessories are covered by a manufacturer warranty provided by Verity & Company. In the event of any damage occurring after the return or cancellation period, please contact the company’s service center, which is easily accessible pan India.
All products from Verity-Verse are returnable within the specified return window, and a refund or return will only be processed under the following conditions:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product matches what was originally shipped to you.
The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and accessories.
We will only entertain return requests if the complaint is raised within 7 working days from the product being received. Refunds for returned products are issued to the original payment method, and our support team will guide you through the entire process.
If the product is found to be in working condition upon return, the refund or replacement will not be issued.
For electronic devices that store personal information, such as SSD-HDD, please ensure all personal data is removed from the device before returning it. Verity-Verse will not be liable for any misuse of such information.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color ordered.
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. In cases where the exact same product is not available for replacement, a refund will be provided.
